SPECIAL HONOR FOR OUR FOUNDING PRESIDENT, MENTOR, AND FRIEND

PCC Lion Bill Smith was awarded a Special Resolution, at the Lions of Virginia State Convention, honoring him for his work in developing PTCV and all facets of the organization.  PCC Bill received a Lifetime Award that makes him a permanent member of the Board of Directors, Director Emeritus.  You might also note the Crystal Eagle being presented to PCC Bill, this was the original Logo developed by PCC Bill for PTCV.
